Michael O’Neil, Event Director & ethos President

Mike has over a decade of experience in international sports management, marketing and event management. Mike served as a member of the deal team & the lead industry advisor for the acquisition of The Competitor Group by Calera Capital. As a sports agent he provides management services to professional athletes. A few notable relationships include Olympic Triathlon Bronze Medalist Susan Williams, Olympian Jarrod Shoemaker, Olympian Sarah Groff, Olympian Barbara Riveros as well as 2015 North American Ironman Champions Angela Naeth.  His company ethos also owns and operates The Lobsterman Triathlon. Mike was a founding member of the Board of Advisors and Head of Media Operations for Tri-Dubai-based in Boulder, CO and Dubai, UAE- Tri-Dubai. Mike has done freelance writing and photography as well as served as an Expert Witness in the world of sport.

Will Thomas, Co-Director & Director of Swim Operations

Will has an extensive background in event management that has spanned over ten years and 70+ races. Will graduated from Bowdoin with a double major in Government and Religion and a minor in Economics. Will enjoys swimming, biking, running, surfing, telemark skiing, traveling, and reading the news.

John Mortimer, Director of Field of Play, Infustructure & Race Operations
